Built Constructions contracted CRS to install a duel waterproofing system of bitumen torch-on membrane, followed by a low VOC modified Acrylic for a full refurbishment of the hotel’s podium level with a new bar, restaurant, pool, pool deck and function rooms. All works were undertaken during hotel operations. CRS developed a system to work in conjunction with the buildings construction joint and pool chemical rooms.
